At Chef Nicolas, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we do not accept returns. However, we have implemented measures to ensure your satisfaction:
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Proof: Provide a clear photo of the damaged packaging and the affected products.
- Reshipment: Once your request has been verified, we will ship your replacement order as soon as possible.
General Terms and Conditions
- Non-Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, except for products damaged as described above.
- Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation and any other relevant documents to facilitate the replacement process should the need arise.
