Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the order amount.

Québec

• Orders under $80: $9.99 shipping
• Orders of $80 and over: free shipping

Canada outside Québec

• Orders of $99.99 and under: $19.99 shipping
• Orders from $100 to $199.99: $9.99 shipping
• Orders of $200 and over: free shipping

Please note that these rates may change without notice. The applicable shipping fees will be confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Times

We strive to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier, but most orders are delivered within an estimated 2 to 3 business days after shipping.

Carrier

All deliveries are made by our designated carrier. If your shipping address is not served by our carrier, we will contact you to discuss the alternative options available.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if no suitable shipping solution can be found.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, when available. You will be able to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience a problem with your delivery, such as a package not received or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected receipt of your order.

In the case of damaged products, please include a photo of the products and the packaging so that we can handle the situation as quickly as possible.
