Shipping Fees
- Across Quebec: Shipping is $9.99 for all orders.
- Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.
Please note that these rates are subject to change without notice. The applicable shipping fee will be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Times
We strive to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen, but most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Carrier
All deliveries must be made by our designated carrier. If your shipping address is not served by our carrier, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. We reserve the right to cancel the order if no suitable delivery solution can be found.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your delivery status on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any problems with your delivery (damaged products, package not received, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of your expected delivery date. Provide a photo of the damaged products, if applicable, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
