Energy drinks — age restriction (Québec)
As of the coming into force of Québec's Bill 9 (an Act to prevent the harmful effects of energy drinks on the health of young people), expected around December 2026, the purchase of energy drinks on viralbeverages.ca is restricted to persons aged 16 and over. By ordering an energy drink, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. This restriction does not apply to products that are not energy drinks.

Shipping
We strive to deliver orders within the stated time frames. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any merchandise returns. However, if products are damaged or defective on delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence, and we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
